I hope we don't have a defensive dumpster fire like we did an offensive fire last year when LK left..yeah, I know Pruett is s taying thru the playoffs, but where's his head gonna be?    if the unimaginable happens, I don't know if I can hate Ucheat anymore than I already do, but I will sure try..and I sure won't be a Pruett fan

I completely agree '67. If JP is not a practice on Mon and 'into it'  then IMHO time to worry.

Who is RP?  Huh?

At this point and after everything that has happened, I think the team, particularly the D, is going to be highly motivated, regardless of whether Pruitt is into it or not. This is where I expect CNS to step in and take control of the D.

I think JP leaving is going to be more like Kirby Smart two years ago than Lane Kiffin last year.

I am more worried about the offense than the defense against Clemson. Their offense will move the ball and score points on our defense but I think it will be easier to get them off the field with Watson not playing QB. Our offense needs to control the ball and score points to keep the defense off the field. We cannot let them run 80 plus plays again this year.

You are right, pmull. If ever there was a game where our running game needed to hit on all cylinders, this is it. I expect a few wrinkles in the offensive game plan this time around, but I expect us to be run heavy to control TOP.

I hope you are right.  Bama ran the ball well against the Barn but did not do it consistently.  If something is working, keep doing it until the other team stops it.   Banging your head against the wall.
