Assuming we do a Pickem this year, we will need to vote on games.  A lot of cupcake games in week 1.  These are some of the games, feel free to suggest others for a vote.

For those new to this, CRS does a season-long competition of picking ten games each week against the spread.  There are weekly winners and cumulative season leaders.  It makes watching some of the games more exciting, and best of all, it's FREE!!

Poll will be posted soon, just looking for game suggestions right now.

I doubt it, but they are playing at home and Miss St rarely plays good early, so I think it's a worthy game.

Southern Miss was 1-7 last year in Conf USA, 3-9 overall, not bowl eligible.  Should be a 23 point spread.

BYU Nebraska seems a lot more interesting to me.  So I would substitute that game.

Washington v. Boise State has some coaching intrigue, but I refuse to watch a Smurf Turf game

So I like your list except for the MSSt game.

I've got no problem with BYU vs Neb, but I like an SEC game over others if their is any intrigue. A few analysts are picking Miss St to win the west. I don't see it. Makes that game more interesting to me.

Expect USM to give Miss State a contest.  After all, it'll be a hurricane game!

That is an interesting game ricky, especially since Boise's former coach is now at Washington.  Only reason I didn't pick it is because they are playing on Boise's blue turf, and the glare off that neon blue hurts my eyes to watch. I wonder if Chris Petersen, now at Washington, will do better playing on that monstrosity than other teams have fared, since he has so much experience there.

The other game getting votes is TCU Minnesota.  Minnesota had a decent season last year and played in a bowl game.  I'm just not sure they can hang with TCU, but it will be an interesting indication of how good TCU is going to be there year.

This game in on now.  MSSt just scored a TD to lead 21-10 in the Third Quarter.  Closer than the experts thought.
