Post by: 2Stater on September 30, 2016, 08:33:27 PM I haven't had time to read everything about the situation, but it was listed as a misdemeanor. That tells me that even though he did not have the permit with him, he probably eventually produced it. If it was not a gun-free zone, the crime isn't egregious. However, once again, pot was present. Even though someone else took responsibility for it, there should be drug testing.
I think there most definitely should be a suspension, but CNS will need to weigh the evidence to determine how long. |
