Title: The Braves Young Talent is So Impressive
Post by: Marshal Dillon on June 22, 2011, 06:02:02 PM
I can't even keep up with all the young studs they are starting this year. Rookie pitchers Mike Minor, Brandon Beachy, Craig Kimbrel (closer with outstanding fastball), and rookie first baseman Freddie Freeman. This on top of "veterans" like Heyward (age 21), RHP Tommy Hanson (24), LHP Johnny Venters (26), RHP Jerrjens (25), Martin Prado (27), McCann (27), and a good mix of veterans.
Check out this stud:

If they can just keep them well. I saw Tommy Hanson in the dugout today, he must be off the DL now.

Nope, he was placed on the 15-day disabled list and he's still on it.
