Quote Winston's accuser filed her complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in March, 16 months after she first reported the incident. Someone needs to investigate the Tallahassee Police as well. I do not expect anything major to happen with this investigation but hopefully it will get FSU's attention and they will handle these situations in a responsible manner in the future.
