I hope the new hires turn out to be great coaches & recruiters, and that we can hold our staff together for a couple of years. There's been too much turnover the past two years. McB, I think that depends on how much success we have. If we continue making the CFP and winning then our assistant coaches will continue to get hired elsewhere. Still, I hope somehow we can hold on to our staff - (assuming they are doing a good job) - for a couple of years. We may not get that but we need a time of stability. |
