The story is on Tidesports, so I will parahrase a major part of what he said.


Since he committed to Alabama, his high school fooball coach (and Auburn grad) has not said a word to him. Brent said is coach, Coach Goodwin, started sending him crazy emails, sending crazy emails to Woodruff, & crazy emails to Brents dad. Brent said the coach's behavior was strange and he heard rumors money might be involved (for Goodwin). Also, Auburn mislead him by saying he and Dwyer would be the only RB's, but then Auburn recruited 3 more RB's. He says the week of signing day that Coach Goodwin was blowing up his (Brents) phone by calling so much.

That makes me wonder if Goodwin was promised some big money if he sent Calloway to Auburn.

Wouldn't it be cool if that was true and the press found out?  Then AUBURN gets busted by the NCAA for recruiting violations with Brent, even though they didn't get him.

According to my sister Coach goodwin's son played for AUburn and I think Coach Goodwin is an AU grad...does THAT clear all this up???

Brent mentions in the article that Coach Goodwins son is an assisant coach on the h.s team and the coach's wife is a counselor at the school. None of them have spoken a word to him since he changed to Alabama. I guess they had a big vacation planned and had to cancel it, due to lack of money.
