Good morning, all.

Glad you had a good day of golfballing, 2.  Sorry I wasn't there to see it.

A buddy and I went to the Ole Miss vs Louisville baseball game.  Just like Saturday, it was close.  They traded leads, then Ole Miss got 4 in the 7th to take a 3-run lead.  But Louisville came back, and in the 9th had a baserunner on 1st and trailed 7-6.  A strikeout, throwout at 2nd ended the game.  Wow, a goodie!  Louisville was ranked #1 going into the game.

Guess what.... RAIN TONIGHT!  Surprised?

Ole Miss always seems to have a gritty baseball team. Congrats for beating the #1 team 2 out of 3. Congrats to Bama for sweeping Northeastern. The Daytona 500 was rained out yesterday and will continue today, and Adam Scott won at Riviera.

Gee, somehow I missed the Daytona ___ rally.

But I watched Adam Scott win.  It appeared that most all the golfers were fed up with the poana grass there and the inconsistent greens.  But it was an interesting tournament.  Rory had the best play, but he blew it with a triple bogey.

The SEC baseball teams will be fun this year.  Might be 10 that could compete for playoffs.

Rory missed a 4 ft birdie putt and slapped the flag stick. Of course the flag on the flag stick was 'Old Glory'. They booed him.

I saw that.  I was hoping there wasn't a military man there waiting for a handshake; there wasn't.  Could have been ugly.  No ill intent by Rory, for sure, so expect an apology (prolly already released).

Yeah, no biggie. A few minutes later, Kutchar approached the green and the crowd was yelling 'Koooooch!'. Mrs 2 said "Boy, they're booing everybody".

Saw on one of the final holes when Homa (?) was about to hit; someone said something.  Homa stopped and looked back at the guy and everyone pointed him out.  Didn't hear what was said.  You?

I did not. I saw that too and wondered the same thing.

Well it is damp cold and foggy here this morning. Mrs Dottie has 2 doctor appointments today so driving has to be easy. Really disappointed yesterday neither of us got to go to church for pain. It is so heart breaking when we miss church. You all have a blessed and safe day. RTR!

Good morning folks.  I slept late this morning which is something that I rarely do.  Didn't get out of bed until just after 7.

Hope you have a safe trip to the dr's today Preacher.  Found out yesterday that my dad thinks his polymyalgia rheumatica is coming back.  He has been complaining about getting weaker and weaker.  Took him to the rheumatologist just this past Thursday.  Looks like either myself or one of my brothers will be going with him again this week...

2, congrats on playing a good game of golfball yesterday.  Hope that sciatica didn't act up on you...

Raining this morning. Thank Heavens, we are only 13 inches above normal for the year.

Good news that Ryan Newman's injuries aren't life threatening. That was probably the worst crash I've seen, at least over recent years. He was leading the race and was being pushed by Ryan Blaney. Blaney got him a little off center and he crashed into the wall. The force was so severe, it flipped his car way up in the air. It landed up side down, hitting very hard and engulfed in flames as it skidded a long way before coming to a stop.

I know these cars are safer than they've ever been, but I didn't think they'd pull him out alive. Glad I was wrong.

Good  morning.  Raining here too.  Coffee

Somehow I missed the Daytona 500.  I'll have to watch the highlights.  Glad the driver is going to be okay.

Supposed to rain all day here.  Jackson, the new swamp capital, is getting another 2" today.  Over 1000 homes flooded there, plus lots of trailer parks, ball fields, and businesses.  Pretty bad situation.

Yeah, I'm watching TWC and they were showing a video of a road near Jackson, where the Pearl River was rushing over the road. Lot's of flooding everywhere. More to come. Supposed to rain off and on here through Friday.
