Yesterday the Auburn forums announced he'd be at Auburn next year, and Malzahn met with him over the weekend.  BUT NO, he's going to Mizzou instead.

I see this as a no-big-deal for Mizzou or the SEC. He is a slightly above average, not a world beater. He won't have Clemson quality players around him. Will go 6-6,  7-5, maybe 8-4 if he lucks out.

Good move for Bryant.  Staying out the the SEC West.  We likely won't be playing him next year -- Bama owned him last time.

So with the Booger-eaters losing Stidham and missing out on Bryant I wonder what the possibilities are for Malzhan to try and persuade Hurts to transfer to the cow pasture?

Jalen said he wants to play in the NFL. Nobody would confuse Boogs with a pacle for QB development.

Mizzou, supposedly, had an NFL caliber QB this year. He didn’t put up great numbers, and Mizzou was not very good. Bryant will not move the program forward.

What makes you think Hamilton wants him? I hear they seriously have their eyes on trying to get the coffee guy at the local Tim Horton's.  :lol2:

No way I see Jalen going to Auburn. The talk about firing Malzahn, administration dictating which assistant coaches he can hire, and other attempts to "control" Malzahn are not great recruiting tools. Talk about going to Oklahoma is getting louder if Murray goes to MLB.

Hamilton is in really bad shape if they're looking at a guy working for a Canadian based business.

Well, in his defense, he does run a 5.1 forty.

I'm pretty sure Murray to MLB is a done deal, with millions of dollars under contract.

Not sure Jalen would fit OK system.  His best fit is somewhere that would take full advantage of his running skills, like Mullen at Florida.  But there will be lots of schools that will want him, Jalen will have his choice, and he'll let us know when he decides.
