Here's a fun tidbit for this morning.  This sign was posted along the Firehole River where I was fishing.  The sign is directed at fishermen, telling them to stay in the water upstream of this area.  BUT, the water drops to 8' deep right at this sign (across the width of the stream) and upstream of it.  WTH?  My guess is some knucklehead posted the sign without noticing the water depth.

Your choice: drowned or fried.

Last night, LF and I went to Oxford to watch the fireworks.  It was so cool that I got chilly.  LF wore a sweater.  Good show too.

Good Sunday morning, CRS! I'm all rested up and ready to go again. Gonna try a little golf today.

The Bravos won their 9th in a row last night. I have a buddy who took his nephew to a Braves game earlier this year. He bought 2 hot dogs and 2 soft drinks and paid $32. He said he wasn't going to do anymore to pitch in for the new ball park. He was done going to Braves games. That's got to be about 900% profit.

Morning 2 and CRS.

We finally made it back home last evening, made a lot of miles since I was here last but glad to be back home.

2, thew last time I read you that you played golf, you took all of their money, good luck today. 

During our vacation trip we traveled some in Kansas and I got to see how bad the wind can really be there. I have seen news videos many times of the wind blowing over semi trucks there and couldn't really believe how easy it seemed for that to happen but trust me, I know now. We escaped some bad storms while in Iowa that had hurricane type winds and they had very heavy rains which had most of the waterways in flood stage. We also went to Wisconsin and I really enjoyed just riding around there and seeing what the small towns had to offer, some of the things were very interesting.

Chech, loved your pics and it sounded like you had another great trip.

Ricky, I read the report of Mrs. R's surgery and I'm hoping things are going well with her.

It's good to be back home and I hope all of you have a great day.

We've got company, including my son and new daughter-in-law.  Enjoying the visit, but it's time to go fishing again.  I leave in 2 days for Ontario.
