It is such an honor to take someone before the Lord in prayer. I feel as I touch the computer and ask the Lord for his healing you just feel the Spirit pouring out. Praise the Lord. God Bless the family.

I saw the thread this morning on Wooly, and am still stunned and heartbroken for this family.  The old Halftimers gave me lots of prayers and support last year.  I found strength thru those prayers and support.  The Mrs Bill and I will hold this family up in our prayers, that they might find the strength the Lord gives in times like they are going thru. 

Wow, if that doesn't hit you in the gut nothing will!!  Dad of 5 will need to be in all our prayers for a while.  Raising 5 teens is hard enough with 2 parents.  I pray that if any of you know him personally that you will reach out and help him carry this load.  I will put him on my prayer list.  Thanks for the link smitty.

Dad....you know you are in the prayers of every poster in this forum.  When you are emotionally able to reach out again...please come and be with us.  But I hope you will come before that and just let us care about you.

I have the information to donate to a benevolence fund for the medical bills and the 5 kids.  Waiting on approval from Do5 to post it here. 

But it's manual, Does anyone know a way to set it up so people can give on-line? 

I was wondering about that.  I was thinking about all of the people who wanted to donate to this site, and if they might want to donate to something like that instead.  I don't know him myself though and did not know if there would be a need for it.  I think we might be able to set up a donation page with a paypal link or something.

There is a need and a fund.  It's through his church and I have the contact info.

Do they have a paypal account set up?

Dear Dad of 5.

This is my first post on this site too- and what a sad one it is. It is a repetition of what I posted on woolyal because I want to be sure my thoughts reach you.  You who have prayed for so many of us now must face a most difficult time in your life and it is our time to pray for you. It just breaks my heart to think what you must have been through and will go through. You who have been so kind to us, so grounded for us and always expressed such compassion.

It is impossible to find words to express what I want for you and your family - I just so much want you all to be beyond the hurt and pain and I know how hard that will be. But you seem to be the person who can do that and lead your family there. May God bless and be with you as you move through each day. Remember, as I know you do, that your wife will always live with you and your children for love never dies.

And may God wrap her in his loving arms and grant her eternal rest in his Kingdom.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

God I come humbly before you with a contrite heart. Here before your throne of Grace I know you know your brother and sisters who languish at this moment. Take their pain, and soften it, place their tears in your eyes, then that you Lord give your smile to each family member. Let them know that your Word stands to day, the reason that she left us is because you had her Mansion finished as you said.
