I just saw Saban on ESPN. He said that Griffin makes it from 60 in practice all the time, and we had the wind at our back in the 4th quarter. It was probably worth a shot if he can hit them in practice.
The big question is why did he keep going with Foster when we all know he's not that good of a FG kicker. I mentioned it after that awful twisting & turning dead duck he kicked that after seeing him on the sideline he looked totally out of it from a mental viewpoint and should not try another FG.
