I usually keep ESPN.com>scores>boxscore open during the games. They showed BATR with 67 yds and 5.4 ypc at the end of the game. It has now been edited to 37yds rushing. Does anyone know why the confusion? This is important to me because I chose 67yds and made a sideline call to CNS to pull him at 67 so I would win the poll (tiebreaker, if necessary).

Yeah, I saw that too.  During the game I posted that he had 65 yards (or so).  WTH?  Maybe he loses yards each time he's booed.

Glad someone else saw that. Even the ESPN scores crawler had BATR with 65 yds.

To continue on the gambling tutorial. You will often see a spread with a 1/2 point involved.
Example: Bama + 9.5 This is to eliminate the tie. If Bama were to win by only 9 points or less, those who bet on Bama would lose. If Bama won by 10 or more, those who bet on Bama will win.

Over under is pretty easy to understand. It is total points of the two teams for the whole game.

If the over / under was set, lest say, at 48. You would try and guess if the final score between the two teams would be over or under 48 points. So if you bet "the over" and Alabama wins 36-13...you win. ( 36+13= 49).
