It seems that EVERYONE was in on the cheating.

For more than a year and a half, the booster names in Ole Miss' two Notices of Allegations have been redacted and kept from public consumption.

Those names were revealed Friday when the university released its two Notice of Allegations and published all but two of the booster names.

There were 14 boosters involved included in the Notice of Allegations and they were tied to more than half of Ole Miss' 15 Level I violations. The football program itself faces 21 alleged violations.

Darel Thigpen, Rebel Rags and its owner Terry Warren, Walter Hughes, Chan Patel, Arya Keyes, Funkys and its owner Lee Harris, Michael Strojny, Cannon Motors and its owner Michael Joe Cannon were the boosters whose names were released Friday and tied to Level I violations.

AND MORE BAD NEWS (FOR OLE MISS).

Former Ole Miss football coach Houston Nutt's attorney says the university is trying to postpone the release of Hugh Freeze's phone records by redacting personal information from the calls, which he says isn't permitted under state open-records laws.

In a letter sent to Ole Miss assistant general counsel Rob Jolly on Friday, attorney Thomas Mars accused the school of a "pattern of concealing information from the public by manufacturing bogus exemptions and illegal roadblocks that plainly violate the FOIA."

"From the very outset, the University has found all kinds of creative and illegitimate reasons to delay producing documents, redact documents without legal justification, etc.," Mars wrote to Jolly. "What's more, as every sports reporter who covers Ole Miss knows, the University has adopted the same 'delay and conceal at all costs' approach with every journalist who's sought information related to the pending NCAA investigation."

Per Mark Schlabach of ESPN, "attorneys representing Ole Miss and its former coaches and administrators who have been accused of violating NCAA rules" have asked that two Mississippi State football players, Leo Lewis and Kobe Jones, be required to attend the hearing, which is likely to take place in either August or September.

What about the boosters?

This is what I meant when I said everyone is in on it. Fourteen boosters, are you kidding me? They talked about the death penalty for Bama over 1 booster and 1 player. Plus, now it appears that the Ole Miss attorneys, the AD, and the President have been obstructing/slow walking the investigation of the NCAA and the Nutt lawsuit. If you read the Ole Miss response to the NCAA, you will almost puke. They talk about the high character & principles of Ole Miss and the Administration. They praise their high level of cooperation, their persistence in searching for the facts, and re-emphasize the core high principles & integrity of Ole Miss. They come across as if the NCAA should reward them for their high moral principles and transparency.
