We ate lunch at a Cuban restaurant on the way out of Miami. I ate the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Shredded, seasoned pork with onions, plantains, and cilantro sauce in a French baguette bun. It was Heavenly.
There are some great Cuban restaurants down there, especially in Little Havana.

might need to a kale for a week after this trip. I started eating healthier a couple of years ago and pretty well stuck with it until the last month - with this trip capping it off. The holiday season with all its food and seasonal treats while working six day, sixty hour weeks has not been great for my health and fitness.
