Here's hoping the ladies take better care of their new trophy as opposed to you-know-who. I feel bad for all the little fans (#2) that weren't allowed to stay up so late to watch the game.  This game was historical-- comparing it to the football team going west to win the footall NC in the Rose Bowl.

Broke the ice as 1st SEC team to win NC. Many more to come!

I agree WV, I don't think anyone other than the Bama nation thought they would win it all.

I loved how the OU Coach made the comment that the weather would not effect them at all, they would play even if it was snowing.  This was right after Bama had just finished pitching in the rain and it was her team's turn to go out in the field.  Within 10 minutes she is out there crying to the ump about the weather.

IDK how a delay in the 6th or 7th would help OU but they slowed their pace waaaay down, I guess hoping the umps would intercede. It may have been subconscienciously or maybe the Sooner coach is not all that smart. I vote the later.

Did anyone hear whether or not Slive was in OKC last night or still in Destin?
