Update: Report from MS Gov's office:  "The da#@ is failing already and will spill all of its water into the Tangipahoa River.  There will be flooding!"

West bank of Plaquemines Parish flooded today when the levee breached.  Lots of dead cows, people needed to be rescued, and a mess.  Like this pic?
