Good morning to you all.  We moved the golfball up an hour this Saturday (from 8:30 to 7:30) since the heat of summer is starting to set in.  This will also allow for mowing afterwards if need be.  2 and NALT - it's the perfect set up for everyone to come join in.

Thanks for the offer Doc but I doubt the golfball course management would let me use my club...

The tees are a little shorter in golf.

Lol...That's ok.  I'll do it the hard way by pitching the golfball up and when it drops back down see just how far I can make it fly...

I'm fishing on the Gulf tomorrow and playing golf at the RTJ Magnolia Grove course in Mobile Saturday morning. Y'all are welcome to join me fishing, but our foursome is complete for golf.

Just have Scotty beam you over.  Wish you could make it. Ft Pickens is finally back open. I hope I remember which end of the rod to hold. We'll take picks if we get lucky and catch something.

Last night we went over to an old man's house that lives out towards Grant, AL very close to Cathedral Caverns. He has a huge bed of flowers that bloom right at dusk.  I believe he calls them "Moon flowers."  The buds just pop open and within ~60 seconds the blooms are fully open.  Very beautiful and cool.  I took a video of some of them opening.  I'm having problems uploading them to my computer but if I do manage to do so I'll try and share.

We sucked at fishing today. Caught a small catfish and a whiting and that was it. The highlight of the day was getting a message from my message therapist daughter, when we got home. Right now, my back feels like a million bucks. If it would only last.

Good Sunday morning!

Played golf at the RTJ 'Crossroads' course yesterday, in Mobile. Very tough course, plus my back was less than cooperative. Shot 92. In fact 3 of us shot 92 and the 4th guy shot 94. Never the less, we all had a good time......oh, and it was hot. Did I mention that it was hot?

Today, we will be celebrating my youngest daughter's birthday and Fathers Day. I know, Fathers Day is next Sunday, but I won't be here, so the girls want to do it today. I hope they got me something good.
