Yet there is this Lee character making all sorts of charges and rumor (from another board) that more will come out in Opelika tomorrow.
Unless Lee has some real evidence, seems like he could be sued for slander even though he never has named any individuals, i.e. he could be sued and even if he is ultimately found innocent, he would be forced to defend himself. There was some money involved, maybe not paid since he went to Bama but would have been paid had he stayed with the Barn. Some have suggested that Goodwin was promised a position with the Aubs for delivering Brent. But Goodwin accepted the Homewood job while Brent was still committed to the Aubs. Money promised?
