SO here is what we were thinking, one of these graphics maybe, and SMITH on top and Land Services on the bottom or something.  These were made in Photoshop from actual photos.

We were thinking a blue - green or Kubota orange, or something along those lines.

We also think a really cool SLS would be a good pocket logo.  Maybe diagonal down or with a circle?  IDK.

TIA

I normally would never suggest orange, but in this case I think the Kubota orange is the way to go.  That new tractor is a significant investment.  You should leverage that for all you can in my opinion.  Plus the orange will stand out and be easy to see on marketing material.  JMHO.

How about Belushi driving a tractor? That way you could stay in character.

Smith, don't know how much you need an artist. My SIL is a graphic artist and lives in Pelham. Let me know if need to go that far.

Sounds good so far... Cheesy

My input.... Grin

Do some web surfing also for color and logo ideas.

And I think you might want to choose a color that FEELS right to you and a color that you feel comfortable with because you will be looking at it every day.

Like for me, green and blue are soothing colors and orange would be irritating to look at every day....although it would attract attention.  But you might be the opposite, and feel energized by the color orange.

I kind of agree about the orange, but the kubota orange isnt too bad.  It's almost red.

Isn't too bad? Undecided

You will be looking out at your "beloved equipment" every day, and the colors need to be part of the love. Grin

Kubota sounds nice if you want a powerful rather than a soothing color.  That's all.  I know females think differently about this sort of thing.

I don't consider myself to be an artist, but I took a shot.  Use it if you want, or trash it if you find something you like better.  It won't hurt my feelings.

We can iterate on it too if you want to tweak it some.

Just an idea.

My suggestion is green.

Your business is all about green .................  land service for your customers and cash for you.
