This Clemson - Bama game will be a little different. The last two years we met in the finals with one week to prepare. This game both teams should be healthy and have a month to prepare.

ESPN says we have a 58% chance of winning. We need to have everybody healthy to make that happen.

Plus both teams are very familiar with each other now.  This is almost like a conference game.

By the way, that 58% is total crapola!  They also said we had a 28% chance of getting in.  The idea that they can accurately calculate the odds for something so complex with as many variables as a college football game is almost as amusing as the weather guessers saying that there is a 58% chance of rain on game day.

Now if they were real scientists, they would know it is 100% Bama by 98.  :lol2:

Regardless of who beats whom in this year's CFPlayoffs, 3 out of the 4 head coaches in the CFP have Alabama national championship rings after winning the NC as either a player (Dabo) or a coach (Coach Saban and Coach Smart).

This means that a $500 bet for Bama wins $1100.  A $400 bet for GA wins $1500.

From top to bottom, the odds are pretty close, much closer than in past years' playoffs.  Vegas thinks that any of these 4 teams could win it all.

That is so true.  Last week after the Iron Bowl, for the first time this season I saw the Barn nation out in public, wearing their gaudy orange and blue around WalMart.  After Saturday, not a speck of orange to be seen anywhere.  The leaves have all turned brown and are falling.  And the sunset has a distinctive crimson hue.

Wow it is funny all the auburn did not show up in Heflin today like it did last week. I am glad auburn auburn won we had an extra week to heal, Praise the Lord. RTR!
