My golf game sucked out loud yesterday, Chech. Shot a 92, but there were extenuating circumstances that's too lengthy to post here. The only interesting thing about the round is, I played a few holes with a black guy who used to be the Clemson football team chaplain under Bowden and then Dabo for a few years. We got to talking and I mentioned to him that I grew up behind the governor's mansion in Montgomery, and was friends with George Wallace Jr. He told me his wife grew up being friends with the MLK Jr family. 

So, y'all had nothing in common.
Guess he was a good golfer.

Good morning folk.  Yesterday was great.  I spent the day helping my friend on the lake cutting/dragging/burning limbs that he was cutting from the trees around his pacle.  The weather was great for that type of work.  It took all day though. Part of the day was spent cutting and dragging limbs while the rest of the day was spent repositioning the bucket lift.  He managed to get his truck stuck just two times but we were able to get it out... Today the family and I will be going to a Big Brass Band of Huntsville concert.  They always put on a great performance.

I know exactly what you meant Chech about crawling under cabinets... that is hard work and you feel the pain for days afterwards... I was going to go out for a walk at 5 this morning but didn't. Now it has started to rain so I can't...

2, I admit to being a poor golfer these days.  Like so many of my talents, low scores are just memories.

Awww, low scores don't have to be a memory Chech.  Just play until you get to the score that you want then leave... Who says you gotta play a full 18 holes?

Dog gone looks like more rain. We have a lot of water in the ground I am afraid that trees may start falling just from the soggy. RTR!

CRS is full of golf comedians. 

I was able to get in a round today before the rain hits. Much better than yesterday, with an 80. Now to watch the pros. I hate JT blew up, but Michael Thompson is in contention.

Amen, OT. 23 people killed by tornados yesterday. Prayers for the afflicted and families.

I'm watching the news video about the tornado in Lee County.  Looks like the path was wide, maybe a half-mile wide, and it passed right over Beauregard, AL. (~5 mi southeast of Auburn).  Really bad destruction; lots of trailers in that area.  Lots of deaths.

Yeah, TWC was saying there were 2 tornados. The first one was an EF3 that was at least a half mile wide.

Yeah, TWC was saying there were 2 tornados. The first one was an EF3 that was at least a half mile wide.

The damage is consistent with an EF3.  Trees are all topped, but not leveled to the ground.  That was a bad tornado.
