Griffin hits a 51 yarder.  12-6.  6 FGs no TDs this half.

Things are looking good overall.  So good to see Griffith having a big day at Auburn.  Offense is driving and wearing the defense down.  I think we'll see more points in the second half.  Defense not as dominant as we've seen them, but holding.

The field condition is ridiculous. What did they do to it prior to the game?

Probably slow getting the cows off the field this morning.

I can attest to the fact that cow poop is very slippery.

Kentucky used to grow their grass 4-5 inches to make the field slippery and slow the faster teams down. Maybe the barn took a page out of that.

We've missed two TD opportunities.  Hope that doesn't come back to bite.

Gotta play better in 2nd half.  D is going to have to make several big plays, maybe even score or this could turn into a sad day.

Coker is "off" and I wouldn't bet on him turning it around a lot.  But we can still create enough O to win this game.  Really, really need to take 2nd half kick and score a TD.

I hope the team that played Charleston Southern shows up in the 2nd... :unsure:

Bingo!! Excellent observations & on the money. I think we score at least 2 TD's in 2nd half. Now, if we can keep Coker from killing us in the 2nd half we can lay the wood on the Barn.

Not exactly what I thought the score would be at halftime. Lets see what our coaching staff can do at halftime to give this team an edge. Personally speaking, I think  with the recruits we have had the last 4 years and the coaching staff we have .....the second half should be a blowout! RTR!

Oddly enough, Coker's long balls have been more accurate than his short passes.  The near pick-6 at the end of the half could have been disastrous.

We'll make our adjustments and come out prepared! I believe we'll put this game away in the 3rd. :)  RTR

Coker was fantastic on that drive, running, scrambling, & the TD pass. Looked like Manziel.

Maybe that was the last of the barn luck for the day.  They always seem to get some sort of lucky play like that.

Sorry I missed the discussion today all. It was a little ugly in some aspects, but the boys got it done and now it is time to go whip some Gators. ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

I don't think Bama was ever  in danger of losing this game, felt like it was just a matter of time and the boogs would be worn out and go down for the count. Would have liked for Kiffen to let Coker go deep a few more times but Bama won and that's all that matters. Ready for some Gator tail next weekend. ROLL TIDE!!!

I'm very proud of this team. Pmull called it right when he said Auburn would give us their best shot early, and we'd pull away late. Except for the annual golden horseshoe play for Auburn's immensely lucky TD, we owned them, even with their running game being quite successful against us. We were determined to win this game.

Yeah, he finally calmed down & started playing in the 2nd half. He will have to play a full game against Florida & in the playoffs.
