Good morning.  Coffee

Rain again this morning.  Seems to never end.  Looks like it's raining all across the South today.  Hope everyone is staying home; not driving in it.  If so, be careful.

LF is bummed because church service was cancelled.  They're doing some on-line thing.  I'll be driving to Tupelo for the last day of the knife show.

Prayers for NALT's dad and MIL, and everybody.  Lots of misery these days.  My buddy here whose parents are in a retirement home (in NY) is real worried.  Only good thing is they both have dementia.

Good morning, Chech. Sorry about your buddy's parents. Safe travels to and from the knife show today.

My niece's wedding went well yesterday. A little foggy on the beach, but it kept the temps bearable. Today is my oldest daughter's birthday, so more hoopla to come. I'll be glad when I can get back to work and get some rest.

Glad the bride had a good weather day at the beach.  It was 75 here yesterday (48 now), so I wondered if it'd be too warm for y'all in Pensacola.  Guess the cool water helps there, eh?

Hope you get back to work soon.  Nobody in Oxford will be working or going to school any time soon.  My coffee shop will be crowded!

It's funny reading FB. Everyone is complaining about the panic buyers.

Good morning folks.  Also thanks for prayers on Dad's behalf, and for the MIL.  Doc told Dad yesterday that he needs to start checking his blood sugar twice a day.  I'm starting to think maybe we need to take him out of the Assisted Living facility he is in for a few weeks until this Covid-19 thing passes.  Will have to see what he and my brothers think.

Yesterday Mrs. Nalt, the boys and I went down to her mother's house to do a bit of clean-up around her house.  I decided that I would also take care of mowing the lawn while we were at it so we got that done.  She told us that something happened to one of our neighbors (we live on the same road as the MIL) but she couldn't find out who or what.  A few minutes later Mrs. Nalt got a phone call telling us who the neighbor was and what had happened.  He was one of the newest to the neighborhood as they built a beautiful log home and moved into it about a year ago.  He had gone fishing Friday night and wound up getting found face down in the water.  Suspicions are that he had a heart attack.  Don't know at this point.

Safe travels to the knife show Chech.  Glad the funeral wedding went well 2.  We are having an abbreviated worship service this morning then back home to probably do some studying for a test I'm supposed to have Tuesday.

Chechem tell LF I feel for her because ours got cancelled also. Just today though our Prayer meeting Tuesday and Bible Study Wednesday go at it again. You all be safe out there. It is almost as the world has stopped.
President declaring today as a National Day of prayer we have already been praying. God Bless you all with safety. RTR!

Thanks.  Ironically we still had our church service at the knife show.  A retired Baptist minister led the service, as usual, and we all sat at dining tables well separated from one another.

Good day at the knife show.  I sold a bunch and bought a bunch.  Fun weekend.

Glad all went well at the knife show, Chech. Seems the rest of the world is shut down.

I did some deck repair yesterday with the help of a buddy. We also added a flower bed in the front of the house. Then last night, we went to a restaurant to celebrate my oldest daughter's birthday. That restaurant is normally packed on Sunday, but last night it wasn't even half full. I hope the highways are like that for our return trip today.

Good morning.  Coffee

Here's the good news:

1. Spring is here.  Being isolated and forced to stay home means more time to enjoy the flowers and birds.

2. Essentially, we're all now retired.  You can sleep in.

3. With everybody home, Ebay sales are going wild.  Sell your old camera, books, and jewelry.

Your turn.

Ebay and Amazon are shutting down the accounts of people that are gouging for TP and hand sanitizer.

You make that seem like they are sacrificing. Shoot, there are no sporting events for them to celebrate.
