Good, semi-warm Tuesday morning. It's 57 degrees here. I don't know how to act.

I'm going to attempt to start my walking back this morning. I'm not sure my sciatic nerve is going to cooperate, but I've got to get back to exercising, one way or another. Wish me luck.

Best of luck with that exercise.  The Ole Miss gym is closed again today, so I'm walking the neighborhood instead.  But today it's raining, so not sure if I'll be able to get my walk in.

Glad to hear the snakebite friend is improving.  UAB used to be a top treatment center for snakebite.  Back in the 70s a buddy and I caught 20 cottonmouths for their snake-milking program.  It was an exciting day!

Good morning folks.  This winter is already on record as the wettest ever.  Is it really necessary that we set the record so high this year?  Glad your friend is going to be ok 2.  Hopefully Preacher and Mrs. Dottie are better today.

Thank you Preacher.  She is to go on Monday for a PET scan to see just how much cancer she has and where it is.  They will also determine the best course of action at that point too.  She has already indicated to Mrs. Nalt that she doesn't intend to have the port put in for the chemo.   Banging your head against the wall.

Sorry to hear that, NALT. I know several people that would not take chemo, or came off of it. It can be brutal and not everyone can take it. Hopefully, the doctor can come up with a plan of action that will be acceptable to her.

Preacher, I'm glad you're feeling better.

Hump Day

Yep, it's that day. My Friday this week.

Bama baseball goes to 16-1 on the season. Are we a baseball school now?

The SEC basketball tourney starts today. We play UT tomorrow. If, by some miracle we get past them, UK awaits.

Bye-bye basketball season.

Good morning, and happy Hump Day

Yes we are now a baseball school.  Better record than the football team!  Woot.

RAIN returning here today, plus storms it appears.  Yesterday was ugly early, then the sunshine came through and it was warm.  SPRING is here!

Have fun at the wedding tomorrow.  And safe travels.

Good morning folks.  Glad to see the middle of the week because the weekend ain't far behind.  Safe travels tomorrow 2.  It has been warm here to, high 60's to low 70's but I'm not ready to deem Spring has sprung just yet.  We are notorious for getting a mid-to-late March freeze.   Snob

Yeah, I think Mother Nature is waiting for our cherry blossoms to open, then she'll send a blast of cold.

Well we still have the Easter cold spell and Blackberry winter but other than that I pray for warmth. The thin I hate to see is us lose to Tenn. in the tourney but the Mercy Rule will be in effect if we do. I also think some of the players see the writing on the wall so they won't play as hard as they should. RTR!

Given that possibility, CNO needs to sit the team down and tell them, "If I feel like you are slacking during the game, your scholarship will be yanked before you get off the court."

Good Thursday morning!

Ga and Arky were winners in the first day of the SEC tournament last night. Those will be the only games with fans the rest of the way. Gonna be like watching a sitcom without a laugh track.

Bama plays UT at noon. I'll be on the road, so I'll mercifully miss it.

Our niece is getting married Saturday at P'cola Beach. We are invited to the rehearsal dinner tomorrow night, hence, us leaving today. She and her new husband had planned to go on a cruise for their honeymoon. Not sure if that will be postponed or not.

The world as we know it has changed. I'm not sure I agree with all the measures that are being taken, but I guess it's better to err on the side of caution.

Like Mad Max says on 'John Boy and Billy'; "Y'all have a nice day!"
