Without his participation is the key to all of this and really nothing has happened yet that is wrong. His dad may have accepted some money but no transactions on Collins part has happened, he is in school playing college basketball and until a transaction is made with that particular agent by Collin, there is nothing wrong and the person that put out the money is out $5000. Now that is just my opinion, not the law.

Coin's dad has been tweeting that this report is a lie. Either way, if Colin had no knowledge of any of this, he should play. As you mentioned, J, if Cam could walk, Colin certainly should be cleared.

This is confusing. The FBI story first broke broke with Chuck Persons and a few others assistant coaches mentioned. The next day the report was issued and the Bama staffer nor Sexton were mentioned by name but everyone knew Sexton was the Metro Atlanta player referenced in the report. Bama did an internal investigation and fired the staffer. That was a month ago. Sexton has practiced and was expected to play. At 3:00 Monday afternoon, the day of our first (exhibition) game, the NCAA told the school he was not cleared to play. How could this go on for a month and the school and player not know if he was still being investigated?

If he or his Father did something wrong he should not play. The NCAA screws up every investigation they touch. We should have know this at least two weeks ago. We could have prepared to start the season without him.

So UNC gets to win national championships while committing every infraction possible to commit; but a player's father has a meeting without the player's knowledge or any benefit going to the player and he's ineligible? Kafka couldn't dream of an institution as corrupt and nonsensical as the NCAA.
