**LSU football players, police meet at state police HQ, no charges brought**

Baton Rouge - No charges were brought against four LSU football players accused of involvement in a bar fight after a meeting between the players and Baton Rouge police Tuesday at state police headquarters.

The four players - Jordan Jefferson, Chris Davenport, Josh Johns and Jarvis Landry were accompanied by attorney Nathan Fisher.

"There were no charges promised and no charges not promised," Fisher said. "After today, I think they have some more investigating to do."

Fisher said the meeting lasted three hours. He said he offered a video as evidence but police said it also had a video and declined. Fisher said his office has another video which was not availble at the time of the meeting.

Fisher said one video provided a timeline of the incident, which he said lasted approximately three minutes. The other video shows one of the victims' actions inside Shady's bar.

Would like to see this. Sounds like maybe one of the vicitms was acting all Billy Bad*$$ while inside and no one could touch him. Well, you gotta walk out of the bar sometime...

There's been more to this story from the beginning than some big bad LSU football players picking on a few poor, defenseless victims. 

If not, arrests would've already been made.

 Well, just pretend that what the press has printed is part of what you hear. I have watched the  press completely slaughter innocent people's reputation before because of the way the slanted a story. So No matter what happened the night in question, I know the one way it DID NOT go down. And that is the way the press is trying to make it look.

Welcome to the other side. I think you are our first LSU fan. We have some good USCe guys that post and we take a few pokes at each other all in good fun. It's nice to hear the other sides view. I hope you like it here.

thanks for having me pmull.  Yes, easy to tolerate any fans in the SEC with the exception of Auburn, Ole Pizz and Georgia.  da#@ those guys are irritating.  Of course Bama fans probably say the same thing about LSU....lol.  Honestly though, even with the Saban thing going on, i can honestly say LSU and Bama is a pretty friendly rivalry and both teams and fans have mutual respect for one another.  Always got treated with respect when i visited Tuscaloosa, seriously.

  Glad to hear you have been treated well in Tuscaloosa. I used to live in NOLA back in the late 80's and early 90's. Had some good time visiting Baton Rouge too. Great food and Great people. Most of the rest of the U.S. do not realize, that it's a completely different mind set around that area. I had some great friends who were form the outer areas ( Golden Meadow, New Iberia, etc.) I still love and miss 'em to this day.
