I was totally surprised that Bama got out of the Super Regional.  Happy they did though. Now they need to step up their game another notch or three and make some serious noise in the CWS...

Howdy folks.  I took off work on Friday last week and Tuesday of this week because Dad's wife, technically my step-mother, passed away on Thursday.  She is definitely in a much better place now I hope. She had old-timerz disease and it wasn't kind to her...

You are correct.

Not that it matters but we are the #2 playing #3 UCF. The only advantage of being the #2 is we will be the home team.

Bama gets the #3 seed in the Tallahassee region. They will play UCF in their first game . Game times haven't been set yet, or if they have, I haven't been able to find them. The other 2 in the regional are FSU and Stetson.

Edit: Bama and UCF play at 5:00 CDT on Friday.
