This is a lot of people to turn out on the sidewalks with no jobs. What does the Supreme Court think they will do with out jobs and money? I hope it doesn't turn out bad. RTR!

Very controversial issue. It is hard to believe they are releasing 46,000 inmates. California has needed to build prisons for years and they can not afford it.

California is so wrapped up in gang warfare they are only feeding the frenzy now with more coming from prison. I would think that all the illegals they have to let go, why not ship them back to their own borders again? RTR!

You mean prison over population? Yes, there are some states that have turned corrections over to privatization.  This is also may be the answer to education. Vouchers.

LoL, I was talking about healthcare, but I think we just proved the point.  It's pretty much the answer across the board.
