Really bad penalty. RTR! It was a legit roughing the passer call. It definitely fit the definition of grounding as well. Yeah, the roughing the passer part was correct due to Turner putting the full weight of his body onto Ewers. There was nothing late about the hit. It was also definitely intentional graounding by Ewers.
