Title: Re: VOTE - WEEK 5 GAMES POLL Post by: Catch Prothro on September 25, 2015, 08:48:25 PM It looks like the Big12 starts conference play this week. Seven (of 10) teams in the conference are currently undefeated: OK, TCU, Baylor, WV, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and OK State.
I expect OK and WV to both be undefeated, and ranked, when they meet in Week 5. Hard to vote before Saturday's games. If Texas Tech knocks off TCU this week, then that Baylor game at Cowboys stadium will be the game of the week in that conference. SEC games are usually a good bet, but I put the Auburn/San Jose State in as kind of a joke. San Jose State isn't very good. No line for Arizona vs. Stanford. My usual site for game lines still does not have anything posted so I fired them. I noticed that ESPN now has game lines if you click on the GameHQ button, so I used that instead. Now that ESPN has a line, that is the last missing piece that was preventing me from automating the rest of the contest. I need to revisit my Baylor pick, if there's time. <<< TOO LATE! Title: Re: VOTE - WEEK 5 GAMES POLL Post by: Chechem on October 03, 2015, 02:21:50 PM You would think picking against teams who lost their starting QB would pay off. :lol2: Well, it's better to lose your QB the week before than during the game - like USCe did today. Missou is about to win (easily). Missou is about to win (easily). That was already SC's backup QB who got injured. (Connor Shaw was the starter at the beginning of the season). So they were down to the third stringer. Title: Re: VOTE - WEEK 5 GAMES POLL Post by: SUPERCOACH on October 03, 2015, 06:00:08 PM I'm staring down the barrel of 0-5 now. :lol2:
I don't care. The UGA beat down feels good. Underdog my foot. :eyeroll: Title: Re: VOTE - WEEK 5 GAMES POLL Post by: SUPERCOACH on October 03, 2015, 06:12:54 PM I did well on the tie breaker, so I should be at the top of the list of the 0-5 guys.

Only 6 of us over .500. Missouri and SC wake up unexpectedly, and Ole Miss fell asleep, and the Domers got be believing, then smack.
But Bama dominated, and that heals all wounds. Title: Re: VOTE - WEEK 5 GAMES POLL Post by: SUPERCOACH on October 03, 2015, 11:06:36 PM At least there were no 5-5 records on the leaderboard this week (barely). :lol2:
