When it rains, it pours. Well, the Jim Tressel Legacy is starting to kick in.

Ohio State's NCAA difficulties are becoming Michigan's gain on the recruiting trail. The latest indication came Monday when offensive tackle Kyle Kalis committed to the Wolverines.

I just saw where you posted this info on another thread. Sorry bout that. What's even more disturbing for OSU fans is this:

A former Ohio State commitment under ex-coach Jim Tressel, the St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) product was among the most vocal supporters of sticking with his Buckeyes commitment. But things got worse in Columbus and the NCAA allegations mounted, Kalis decommitted, citing the uncertainty about what sanction may hit the program.

In another year of recruiting, you can expect OSU to finish 38th to 40th in recruiting nationally. It is going to get UGLY.

No problem.  I thought it deserved its own thread, but didn't know if it was posted already.  Worthy story.

Preacher must have been praying for Brady Hoke, cause all the goods are currently falling in his lap. Whoever said "timing is everything" knew what he was talking about. I can just imagine Hoke doing his "Flounder" of "Animal House" impression......"Ohhhhh Boy!!!!!!!!!"

tOSU keeps digging their hole deeper and deeper. I'm kind of enjoying it.

MD, I'm to see you are back on tOSU azz. You took it easy on them for a few weeks and I was beginning to think you had lost your killer instinct.  Applause E-Cred

The sheer arrogance of Ohio State in this situation is startling. They "self-impose" vacated wins and then say they have suffered enough. Wow! The blame-Tressel-for-everything excuse ain't going to save OSU.

There's a new story about them almost every day and I'm wearing my fingers out on the computer reading all of them.

It really is amazing. Several schools have been less than forthcoming before, but tOSU has raised thumbing your nose at the authorities to a whole new level. For them to have come down on the SEC now seems absolutely absurd. They and the Big 10 should have remembered the words of Jesus in that before you try to help your brother take the speck out of his eye, you better take that huge log out of your eye first.

You keep up the good work. Has the NCAA contacted you yet about being their star witness.

Nope I didn't pray for Hoke, but I am glad he is a straight up guy and getting his rewards for it. All the OSU folks will probably be quivering this year in the Big Game with Michigan. RTR!
