I agree that he needs to retire, stay retired and just enjoy the rest of his life.
I honestly believe that the reason he keeps coming back is a true love for the game. Remember, it's ALL he's done for his whole life.  It would be hard for anyone to walk away - especially if they don't want to admit that they are in fact getting TOO OLD to play. I hope he doesn't come back.
