There is no other explanation for her buying my 10 year old son a turkey call, showing him how to use youtube to learn to use it properly AND encouraging him to practice often and loudly..

I'm buying her grandchildren playdough, drum sets, whistles, those annoying toy guns that make atrocious whistling sounds and light up when you pull the trigger...
