Title: No. 1 Softball Heads to Auburn for a Tuesday Doubleheader Post by: Jamos on March 27, 2012, 09:15:17 AM The top-ranked Alabama softball team (30-1, 7-1 SEC) looks to get back on the winning path in conference play when it travels to Auburn on Tuesday, March 27, to face off against the rival Tigers (24-9, 3-5 SEC) in a doubleheader at Jane. B. Moore Field. Game one starts at 4 p.m., while game two begins at 7 p.m., and will be shown on ESPNU.

When I was coaching travel team softball there was a national statistic released saying that a leadoff walk scores 73% of the time. I have to mention Reilly Boccia as well, she was on base a lot and played solid defense at first.
These wins were big for Bama tonight. They have to be extremely tired from all of the games they have played the last two weeks and then go on the road and take two from your instate foe, kudos to the team.
