Well, after watching the A-Day game I have to say that I am highly impressed with Hurts improvement. He made some outstanding plays and is by far the best QB on the roster.
Tua was lucking that several other of his passes weren't picked off and I think that he is slightly over hyped.
Hurts did look very impressive today but I wouldn't say that he is "by far the best QB on the roster."  He is very good and can wheel when he needs to but so is Tua.  The only real difference that I saw from them was when Tua was running the 1st string offense (late in the game) he was unable to complete a first down.  Not sure what to take from that because there are/were many factors involved.  Regardless, I think we are in excellent shape from a personnel standpoint right now.  Our experienced RB's should be fully healed by the start of fall practice as should SDH on the defensive side.  Hopefully the last loss will burn in all of their bellies all summer and the team will go into the 2017 season with a vengeance that won't quit until they have the NC trophy back where it rightfully belongs, Tuscaloosa...

I agree, I like the fact that Hurts has an image of Clemson holding up the Championship trophy as a screen saver on his phone to remind him.

The first team defense was not playing as vanilla as the second team defense that Tua faced -- they were blitzing and getting to him quickly, limiting his ability to make reads and get the ball out.  He was not able to plant his feet and throw the ball with defenders in his face -- he will have to learn how to read more complicated defensive schemes.

I think right now Hurts is the Best Q-back we have. Tua needs playing time. He was lucky on several throws especially in the latter part of the game when they started bringing more pressure but you can see the talent he has. Way ahead of Jones and unless something remarkable happens with Tua I'm riding the Hurt Train~~

Hurts was the better QB...for now. I will say that Tua looks for a WR to throw to when he scrambles and i didn't see that when Hurts scrambled.

The thing with Jones is it seemed like the center couldn't get the ball to him properly, it was either high or low.
