NFL Playoffs 2015: Eddie Lacy on collision course with Seattle Seahawks' defense
In the opening game of the 2014 NFL season, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Green Bay Packers 36-16 on Sept. 4. The Seahawks held Green Bay running back Eddie Lacy to 34 rushing yards, which turned out to be the former Alabama star's lowest total of the season.

Gamblers can make a prop bet on Lacy's rushing yardage in Sunday's game, with the over/under at 72.5. He hasn't had fewer than 73 rushing yards in any of the Packers' past seven games.

"It's pretty cool," Lacy said on Wednesday. "I've never been here, and to be here in my second year definitely is cool. It's just another opportunity to go out and play football on such a big stage and just go out there and show what we're capable of doing as a football team."

Quote
Lacy has been hampered by a sore knee over the past week and was pulled out of Thursday's practice. But McCarthy said Lacy "would be ready to go" for the NFC Championship Game.

Here's hoping he has a big game.

Unfortunately, with Rodgers limping & definitely hampered, I don't see how Green Bay wins. If somehow the Packers O-line could dominate the line of scrimmage and let Lacy run wild, then there might be a chance.

So far, Packers & Lacy look great. 13-0 Packers.

57 yards on 13 carries so far for EL, 2 minutes left in the third quarter, Green Bay football after INT in the end zone by Sam Shields.

Go Packers!

Green Bay choked this game away.  They had a 19-7 lead with 5 minutes left, and they had the football.  They got conservative, ran the ball three times and punted.

Seattle then scored a TD, ran an onsides kick and got the ball, got another TD and a Johnny Manziel style two-point conversion.  Green Bay drove down the field and got a FG for the tie, but Seattle won it in OT.

Boy oh boy, did GB screw that one up. Couldn't get a stop down the stretch, and that botched onsides kick.
