After delayed start, AJ McCarron ahead of schedule for Cincinnati Bengals
(http://media.al.com/alphotos/photo/2015/09/02/-1cc296090d403a2e.jpg)Thursday night's NFL preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts was supposed to be the showcase contest for Cincinnati Bengals backup quarterback AJ McCarron. Virtually all starting NFL quarterbacks skip the preseason finale, so McCarron was slated to get extensive playing time with Andy Dalton watching from the sideline.

It sounds like hearing what the players say, yes I know they are suppose to say good things, but they sound as if his first injury turned out to be a good thing. He had time to watch, listen, and learn and come together with the players and it is now paying off. I know AJ of course had to work hard but if no more injuries he may be leading this team before the year is over. RTR!

I expect big things from AJ in the NFL before he is done.  He ain't nothing but a winner.
