Alabama left tackle Barrett Jones was limited during the brief media viewing period. Jones also was limited in media viewings during preparations last week for Tennessee, but started in the game. Saban confirmed Monday the loss of true freshman left tackle Cyrus Kouandjio to a knee injury, which would require season-ending surgery. Kouandjio had been working behind Jones. Senior Alfred McCullough worked at left tackle Tuesday while Jones watched. Jones was dressed for practice and was not wearing a black non-contact jersey. Behind McCullough was junior Tyler Love.
What's hot?
Alabama right guard Anthony Steen practiced during the media viewing period for the first time since a concussion limited his activity following a 52-7 win at Ole Miss on Oct. 15. McCullough started in place of Steen in the 37-6 win over Tennessee on Saturday night.
The grind
Sophomore running back Eddie Lacy was limited during the media viewing period standing off to the side while teammates ran through drills. Lacy was visibly limping after Saturday's game.
