I think we will find out the best way to select the teams is being done now. We just need to use the current format and add two teams. I think there is too much conflict of interest with the members they have selected.

I agree.  The current system is just fine if you expand the number of teams so there is less chance for error.  The only thing that matters is whether or not the BEST team is one of the teams that gets in.  Who cares if #4 and #5 want to bicker about who should go, so long as neither of them have a legitimate argument for being #1.

My sentiments exactly. The system in pacle isn't perfect, but I think there is WAY too much room for politics with this committee. If you think there is b-wording about the championship game now, wait until next season.

We all know when you take people that hate the SEC, and especially Alabama they are going to secretly do what they can to keep Alabama out of the play offs. Why you ask? Well they are humans and humans make mistakes and when they hate they find it so hard to ever be neutral. Think, how many times have we heard, I will pick against Auburn no matter what. JMHO! RTR!
