To me Drake is 21 going on 16. This young man has a chance to put a lot of money and a good education  a good education and a lot of money in his pocket but so far his choices in life has put those two things on hold. Surely he can see what it takes of him to make all of this possible and surely he will change, but then maybe he won't.

The following falls into the category of "hopeium"... but maybe KD needs some event in his life to shake him enough to get him to focus on how his decisions (very broadly defined) are affecting his life currently and in the future.  Want to say on the team and play...then cut out the crap and get your sheet together.  Want to play in the NFL...then stop fumbling.  No more excuses.  It's results that matter.

I hope he has comes out of this with an attitude adjustment that's productive.

But that's hopeium.  We'll see.
