The problem with him ranting and raving about things like that is that everyone outside of Alabama is going to assume he's lying through his teeth. Not about TA&M, mind you, but about he and Alabama doing things the right way. In the end, he'd probably be better off just not saying anything. USC being a private university allows them a lot more shade to public records requests and such as well.
