Coach O always been sought after as a recruiter. 

He coached at Miami under Jimmy Johnson when they were winning (he recruited  Dwayne Johnson, the Rock).

He coached under Pete Carroll at USC, and eventually became recruiting coordinator.  2004 National Recruiter of the Year.

He had good recruiting classes at Ole Miss.

He also was recruiting coordinator for Lane Kiffin at TN.

The videos I reviewed, including a Bama Online tape, pronounces his name with a silent W:

Mi Ku Ta (short i, oo, short a), or mickoota. 

Seems like the players just call him King.   

Too many newbs.   

Shouldn't this be moved to the Quad?

I agree.  It is a young team still learning a new system. 

It also is a team that has run out of steam late in a few games and let teams come back.  Learning how to finish the game, building stamina, is clearly something the team is still learning, and needs to build on for the future.
