Morning 2 ad Chech.  Coffee

Chech I love the spring pics that you have been posting, they are just beautiful.

I watched Ole Miss beat Florida in basketball last night so with Florida losing another game I guess they might consider getting rid of Billy Donavan and Bama can hire him.

2, where is your picture of playing golf in the snow? Laughing

Have a great day everyone and try to stay warm. Cheesy

Prayers to all in need. Pray

Can't bring myself to post it, J. Makes me cold just looking at it.  Blizzard

I understand.  Laughing

It's going to be tolerable outside today, then the bottom falls out.  Looks like freezing rain/snow/ice for the next few days.

Hope everyone is well, and your day is productive!

Ole Man Winter seems to be enjoying himself lately, could this be a winter version of Chaac?

He'll hear you

Like Chech said, today will be very nice, but then yucksville. I leave for SC Tuesday where it will be frigid, with snow on the ground. Not a business trip that I look forward to.  Undecided

Good Sunday morning! Mixed bag of Bama sports yesterday. The baseball team won in big fashion, the softball team was 1-1 and the BB team loses to a Vandy team that hadn't won a road game all year. Oh well, such is life.

I hope everybody is ready for the impending winter weather this week. Some will get snow and everybody will get cold weather. My first day in Greenville, SC, the low will be 7 degrees, with 1-3 inches of snow on the ground.

Good morning, 2 (and all).  Indeed, a good sports day despite the losses by bb and softball.  Looks like today's sports will all be on TV!  It's COLD.

We've got a WINDY morning and 24 degrees.  Tonight is looking like a mess: freezing rain/sleet/snow followed by a nasty Monday.  We need Jim Cantore, because the local forecasts vary widely.  But he's busy in Boston, helping shovel snow.

Evil news this morning from Denmark; more terror.

Have a good day, folks.  Coffee

I don't know if you've been watching the Weather Channel this morning, or not, but Jim Cantore needs to be committed to a funny farm. He was in the middle of thunder snow and you would have thought he won the lottery. He was going nuts!

Yep, terrorism in Denmark. More cowards at work.

Good rainy, icy morning.  Ice cube

The coffee is good today, but I dread going out into the nastiness.  The shrubs and trees are already drooping with ice; freezing rain and sleet now (30 degrees).  The temperatures are predicted to stay below 40 all week, and reach single digits Wednesday night.

Bundle up!

I figured the town would be shut down for the day. Freezing rain is much more dangerous than snow. You be very careful out there!

No word yet about university closings, but the local schools are closed (some delayed until 10AM).

Last time this happened I went into work, only to find the doors locked.  Apparently the word went out after 7AM, so I missed it.

Yes, I have the keys.

Uh-oh, the fox guarding the hen house.

Well, I just looked at your radar and you are going to be in the freezing rain for a while. I'd be shocked if the University stayed open.

I hope all this is gone tomorrow while I'm traveling. Not a fan of driving through freezing precip.

Nice pic.  I saw that once on I-10 in Louisiana, but it didn't end as well.   Kiss
