I suggested dropping the spread. The best way to go is with the confidence level (ranking method). But that may be hard to score or way to hard for our board members to understand.  But not bowl teams that are already matched evenly by the bowl committees coupled with a spread. That is silly! Interesting experiment to see if the proven pickers surface to the top in these games or whether the "chumps" luck their way up. So far SC has done real well, as a  testiment for the method in place. JMHO. We'll see!
