TUSCALOOSA -- DeQuan Menzie appears to have overcome any lingering health concerns, so much so that Alabama coach Nick Saban offered high praise for the senior defensive back.

After tackling and toughness problems dogged the defense in a recent spring practice, Saban pointed toward Menzie as one of the few bright spots.

"DeQuan Menzie was a guy that if you went on the last scrimmage based on him being healthy and being able to practice all the time, I sort of felt like in that particular scrimmage he was our best corner," Saban said.

Good quotes from Richardson too.  He gives advice to Dee Hart:

I told him, "They'll be on you. You're a freshman, too. They can't let you make them look stupid. That's something you've got to deal with." I told him, "Get in that weight room a little bit, you're doing good, though."

This is going to be a fun year.
