Our friend from Hawaii has stopped by several times.  I guess he doesn't have a rebuttal to the hot bat cheating. 

Question where the bats illegal?  Answer no.  So why should we not use them?  Now I am sure you all at Alabama don't want to go into the "Cheating" in sports do you?

Yes, the bats were illegal.

It does not matter whether or not the bat model was on a ban list.  Any individual bat that has an exit speed > 98 is illegal, even if the model itself is approved.  Bats can even be legal at the beginning of the season and then become illegal later on in the year as they are broken in.  Once they exceed 98 they are illegal.

You can't cheat your way into becoming a NCAA behemoth. But it must reduce Hawaii to lava ashes to finally be cited at the top of an NCAA category, only to find themselves engulfed in dark clouds of suspicion.

why do you want to win by cheating?...that proves nothing.....BAMA lets their play on the field remove all doubt!...ya'll might be finally headed in the right direction????but, it might take a few years to prove.....we are there NOW!

Yes, the bats were illegal.

And do you have any written proof of this???  The bat that Jenna Rodriguez used to beat Bama that year was sent to the NCAA for testing using the compression tester and also was cut apart to inspect the inside, and the bat was deemed a legal bat.   

But lets get back to the voting, I noticed that you still insist that Hawaii must have been using some kind of bot like you used, we have also written to the lowe's asking them to check all votes for each girl and received a email back saying that they are doing such and at this time all votes shown are legal votes. 

But I doubt that that will appease some of the Bama fans.

Abrahamson can't reveal exactly which bats failed inspection after last year's World Series, but the numbers tell the story. Hawaii hit 62 home runs in 2009, before switching to the Easton model, then hit nearly 100 more last season. This year, with the 2005 Easton Stealth not approved for use, the Wahine hit all of 56 home runs.

Of course I don't have written proof.  But statistics don't lie.  Do you expect us to believe that a jump from 62 home runs without the bat, to 158 home runs with the bat, then back down to 56 again without it, is legitimate?

Similarly, I have no proof that the Hawaii fans were using an auto vote program.  But there was a tight back and forth race with 3 girls hovering pretty close together, then all of a sudden the girl from Hawaii began to pull away to a huge lead.  This is what prompted me to investigate and probe their security in the first place.  I was shocked at how trivial it was to catch up.  Now that they have closed down the loophole that I was using, suddenly the voting has stabilized again with hardly any movement in either direction.

It looks like they are sticking to their story that the remaining votes are legitimate, and ignoring the fact that I have told them multiple times that even right now at this very moment you can still vote as many times as you want.

We have, indeed, taken votes away from several of the finalists for whom we have found illegally cast votes. None of the finalists have has had any amount close to the 35,000 votes you illegally cast for Alabama's finalist.

SC, I tried to access the link to the complaint form but they have me banned.

I did live up to my promise though of changing my business from Lowes to Home Depot. I needed some things for my garden so I stopped there on my way home from the softball game yesterday and I will continue to do so until they correct this scam. It's their loss, not mine.
