I'm not totally convinced its over yet. If the owner's appeal, then the lockout is back on until a deal is reached, unless something can be done soon.

Well I hope and I do think it will be settled before season starts. The last time the NFL did this they like to not have come out of it. One more time and I don't think they will ever come back. RTR!

The  lockout hasn't really been lifted.  The players can go to the facility, but they can't work out or have contact with the staff.  I am not sure what else they would do at the facility.  This thing will go on a few more months.
