Just saw on the scrolling on Barn/UGA game that Alabama is 7-4 against #1 ranked teams. Best record for anyone who has played at least 10 games.

Brethren I see a lot of good stuff here BUT I don't see a very important part of the game. The SECOND HALF, what happen, we only got 6 points and I have to say I think lsu was better than msu. I know CNS preaches 60 mins. but I am not sure if we played 60 mins. help yourselves at me. lol, RTR!

No flame here. You are right. Bama historically has been a second half team.

It's almost like they get too relaxed during halftime and have to get wound up again.

How many teams could have played that well and won under such circumstances.  LSU played like champions themselves last week, and we were spent.  MSU caught us at the perfect time ...... and still lost!

U R right Chechem we were tired. Like I said though to me lsu was better than State. Coach Mullen was almost like he lost the edge. He had our juggler exposed at one time but he never went for it. I tell you our 'D" has a heart as big as Texas. I don't know who the leaders are but they keep this team running even on empty. RTR!
Our Defense did play their hearts out today and last week.  Very proud of their accomplishments.  I also think this is a sign of how good they will be next year too...

Only a blind ref could miss this TD run!

Not really IMO.  #22 is running up the goal line and blocking the field of view of the ref on that side of the field.  No harm, no foul to me...

It worked out great though.  We get the TD, and Henry gets the lesson.

Cooper ran off the field, and the ball was bouncing toward our goal.

Good observations.

With their senior leadership, MS St. started the season strong, but they haven't improved much.  Bama and LSU have improved, a lot.

You may be right about Mullen.  That's not how Les Miles, or Saban, would have responded in that game.

Great win for the Tide.  Looking forward to seeing us in the top 4 next week.

That's 2 great games in a row by the DEFENSE.  They're playing championship football now.  We get some consistency on the offense, and "WHOA NELLIE"!!

Cooper was huge (despite zone coverage and emphasis on him).
