Title: Baylor University Football-The Sleaze Keeps Coming Out

Reading this link is like reading a book of fiction or watching The Three Stooges being cops. Incredible. Read entire link, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The culture surrounding Baylor University and its football program not only affected how coaches and administrators handled allegations of sexual assault against players but also kept the university from randomly drug testing its student-athletes for marijuana and other recreational drugs, according to an upcoming book about the university's sexual assault scandal.

The drug policy makes it one of the few major collegiate programs not to randomly drug-test its student-athletes, according to the book.

For the first time, Briles (through his attorney) and former head volleyball coach Jim Barnes addressed what happened when a former Baylor volleyball player alleged that she was gang raped in 2012 by several football players. The allegation became significant in November 2016, when Baylor issued a statement saying that no one -- including Briles and McCaw -- reported the incident to judicial affairs when they learned about it.

When is the NCAA going to hammer Baylor? Talk about a lack of institutional control? Will they get hit with the "death penalty?" They should.

Even when Briles was coaching at Stephenville, there was talk of steroid use by the players.

At a high school, you gotta be kidding! No drug testing back then?

There were several programs that we questioned about steroid use.  There was at least one suicide that was related to steroids at a local high school.

Art Briles' lawyer said Tuesday the former Baylor football head coach will try to get back into coaching.

Quote
Briles' lawyer was speaking following Jasmin Hernandez's decision to remove Briles and former Baylor athletics director Ian McCaw from a Title IX lawsuit the university ultimately settled with Hernandez.

Lanier added schools have contacted Briles about coaching and that he expects his client to return to the sidelines in the 2018 season. He also said Briles felt "a measure of vindication" after being dropped from the lawsuit.

Per Ericksen, "Baylor now faces four Title IX lawsuits with 13 plaintiffs. Seven suits had been filed." Two other settlements have already been reached in court and "the school has reached out-of-court settlements with at least three other alleged victims of sexual assault."
